Jefri, known in the ecosystem as Cyberowl, is a seasoned software developer with ten years of experience, three of which are in blockchain development. Transitioning from traditional tech roles, he now focuses on the Internet Computer ecosystem. Jefri has worked on diverse projects, including a GitHub-like platform for designers and a time capsule app that won the VetKeys hackathon.

At CodeGov, he ensures the security and transparency of decentralized applications. Passionate about privacy and decentralization, Jefri aims to develop tools that make complex technologies accessible and secure. His upcoming project, Poral, focuses on private AI models to prevent monopolization by entities like OpenAI.

Luca is a software developer, passioned about the Internet Computer and how it can be leveraged to make the software industry evolve.  He contributes to the ICP community by working and maintaining the WebSockets integration and other smaller projects and Proof of Concepts.  He's currently freelancing as a software developer, with ICP projects as the main focus.

I am very passionate about decentralization and everything that it stands for and I want to deepen my understanding of it everyday, for that reason I have been studying this field and participating in hackathons with this purpose in mind. Education: Master's Degree student at TU Delft, 13th best engineering university in the world according to QS Rankings, in Computer Science with majors in Distributed Systems and Cyber Security; Graduate of Instituto Superior Técnico, one of the best universities in Portugal, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with academic merit diplomas.

Having originally come from a health science background, Tim first became interested in blockchain technology in 2017. Since then he has followed a self-directed path to develop coding skills in Solidity, Motoko and Rust, and has designed or contributed to a number of projects on the Internet Computer including a current project to build a Motoko-based Ethereum Virtual Machine. Tim recently completed a Master of Digital Health and Data Science at the University of Sydney and has a special interest in the application of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence to the health domain.

Working on WebSockets for the Internet Computer: https://github.com/omnia-network/ic-websocket-gateway.  Major contributor to Fast Internet Computer Consensus...an improved version of the IC Consensus algorithm reducing the latency of block finalization by approximately 30%.  Familiar with the IC codebase (consensus layer in particular).

Cris, known in the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) ecosystem as MntYetti, has been exploring the web3 space since 2020. Recently, Cris started his own consultancy focused on communication for web3 projects and branding, from designing logos to turning business visions into tangible concepts. With a blend of creative talent and strategic insight, Cris helps traditional businesses streamline their operations and plans to introduce blockchain solutions to further enhance their efficiency.
